Saw a friend's FB post this morning about learning to live or learning to die. Then I started thinking:
You’ll seldom experience regret for anything that you’ve done.
It is what you haven’t done that will torment you.
The message, therefore, is clear.
Develop an appreciation for the present moment.
Seize every second of your life and savor it.
Value your present moments.
Understand that using them up in any self-defeating ways means you’ve lost them forever.

Clarity in what we want, trust in ourselves, faith in knowing everything is possible, hope in the future, and a spirit that never quits is all we need.
